After unfortunately breaking a few toes playing rugby I've stopped the couch to 5K. However theyr feeling alot better and I don't need to keep them strapped up so I'll be starting again Thursday. Wish me luck loll

One toe broken would certainly stop me... a few? Wow! Good to hear they’re healing and you’re ready to go again. The fact you’re thinking this way tells me you don’t need luck... you got this. Nice and gently to start out, let those toes get used to this again slowly.
