W5R1 with my running buddy for the week

Thought this might be a complete disaster taking the 5year old out with me for a run! He brought his scooter along and we went down the farm road so there was no traffic if we went at different paces! He did fab, we did fab i feel great! Apart from he stacked it in the cool down and cut up his knee poor fella! ☹️Now i have the confidence to run with him in tow!
