Ok so I’m probably gonna get told off for over doing it but I just pretty much ran 5k nonstop. I was following the program and taking the two mins rest between 90 sec runs but I just felt it not challenging at all. I’m not an experienced runner but my job is very physical so that’s the only explanation I have for being able to do that. And don’t get me wrong, I wasn’t pushing hard or struggling or even finding it difficult in the slightest. I was just in the zone with my Leftfield turned up full volume and totally loving it. I hope my post doesn’t sound big headed. Im not looking for commendation. I’m gonna see how I go this week and then maybe move onto the next level beyond 5k.
The biggest problem I have is my dog keep tripping me up but it’s be criminal not to take her with me. She’d never forgive me if I left her indoors while I was out running.
I never would have believed how much I was gonna enjoy this running bizniz. Feel fantastic.

This plan is for people who want to get to 30 minutes of running over 9 weeks . If you do too much too soon you're setting yourself up for an injury that could totally put you out of running for a long time .
"pretty much run 5km non-stop" seems like quite a difference from "taking the 2 minutes rests between 90 sec runs".
I noticed from your previous posts that you talked about aches and pains after running earlier in the week. You are not looking for advice, but if you were, I'd offer 2 pieces of advice:
1) Follow the program and build up steadily, allowing your body time to condition itself for running. If you find a week easy, then move on to the next one after one or two runs. This program is designed to build you up to running sustainably for 30 minutes three times in a week, not a fast dash to 5km.
2) Take some time to read as many posts on this forum as you can, and get a feel for the community. It is encouraging, supportive, motivating and a friendly place to be. Jumping in and saying "I can run 5km pretty much non-stop" after 7 days of starting C25K is not encouraging, supportive or motivating to our members who are working their way through the program, and sometimes struggling to complete a week.
