Women on week 1 .....we are built for distance and it really kicks in quickly so you might think how on earth am I ever going to run for 20 minutes.....set your feet on automatic....relax and get your head working on all those things life never gives you time to think about.
Well done Vienna- , it’s a brilliant feeling to finish week5 and get rid of the gremlins in your head that make you doubt you can run👻, you can do it and you did, enjoy the rest of your day 😊
Congratulations Vienna on completing run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K, onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs after the non stop 20 minutes of W5R3.
