Completed week 3 today then stayed to watch the park run. Really inspiring to watch tiny tots up to very mature giving it their all on a very warm morning. I havent plucked up courage to join in yet but hoping to by the time i graduate. 👏

Well done, we are at the same point in the plan! I’m a bit stressed about W4, but I haven’t failed yet and am determined this will not beat me! Good luck.

Don't be stressed! :) The programme prepares you beautifully for the next stage... you just need to put one foot in front of the other and keep the gremlins at bay. :) You will be just fine.

Most people who do C25K start running parkruns after they complete run 3 of week 5, however, there is nothing to stop you from run/walking a parkrun before you complete C25K or run 3 of week 5.

I know you'll find parkrun very inclusive, whether you run it or walk it or a combination of both. Join when you are ready... you will be warmly welcomed. :)
