I was really worried about moving on from week 3 as it seemed such a bit jump. I repeated week 3 as initially I really struggled with 3 minutes. So today I went for it and got there! The 2nd 5 minute I found quite hard but persevered and got there. I watched a video with a Japanese man showing how to slow jog and found his advice helped.
I am 63 years old, never run in my life since childhood, overweight but I did it. My advice, just go for it and take it easy, if I can do it, so can you!

Well done, you should be so proud of yourself! I just completed W4R1 this morning as well and struggled with the last 5 minutes. It’s amazing what we can do when we tell ourselves we can do it.
