I'm off to see a sports therapist later, so that I can get some answers about my hip niggle (I can't really call it pain, as I haven't needed painkillers), this came on after doing parkrun 2 weeks ago, it eased, tried running it came back, it eased to pain free tried running again it came back...
Any how, I had just completed W7, having not run any distance for 2 weeks would you suggest going back to R1W6 (or even further) or picking up where I left off? I have been walking daily (about 30 mins minimum) and doing my usual yoga.
Advice would be greatly received!!

I recommend that you ask the physio. It will all depend upon what exactly is causing the hip niggle.
You may be told to resume running, or to pause your running whilst completing some strengthening exercises, or to reduce the distance/time that you run. Wait and see.
Get to know the opinion of the physio first. Then work on the options they tell you.
If it wasn't that you are going to see the physio today, I would suggest to not progress with the running or at least to not move to the next level, until problem resolved.
