Just ran first 5k 😀

Hi all I graduated a week or so ago but didnt actually know if I could run 5k. I was just aiming at just moving for 30 mins. I got out this morning and followed a local 5k route it took me 43 mins I am very happy thanks everyone 🏃👍

Thanks Charliemom it was amazing and youll definitely get there it took me many repeats and stops and starts but got there in the end. Keep going out and make sure you have rest days it takes as long as it takes Happy Running 👍🏃

Oh, that's nice. I was also over the moon was I first managed 5k, and even now it's pleasant to recall.

There's a phenomenon called post run euphoria. 😁
