A few aches before and plenty more after, but it went OK. Tried to take it slowly but ended up covering the exact same distance in the 30 minutes. Highlight: seeing a heron fly over. Lowlight: have to go to work now when I want to go to bed.

Poor you having to go to work when you,want your bed....i remember that only too well working nights.

Thanks. I don’t work nights, thankfully. It was a 6am morning run and I wanted to go back to bed instead of straight on to work. That was many hours ago so I’m even more shattered now. Going to bed!
