Well the finishing line is just ahead. Today i did week 9 run2 so 1 to go.

I couldnt have done it without all your support. Friday and i graduate.

That finishing line is within touching distance! I am so envious! Super pumped for you Daznvern. So this has taken you exactly 9 weeks right? I had a 2 week holiday in between so I should graduate in 2 weeks

Yes it as took me 9 weeks, i am a creature of habit so my weekly schedule as stayed the same for every week.

Mon = Run 1

Tues = Rest

Wed = Run 2

Thurs = Rest

Fri = Run 3

Sat = Rest

Sun = Rest

I’ve been doing every other day but when I graduate I’m going to have a structure and have more rest days 😂

I didnt think it possible for me to do this at week 1, read my posts, on week 1 i was struggling to run 60 seconds,

This plan works and is amazing.

Follow it slow and steady and you'll get there.
