Due to being poorly I’ve had to take a week off. I’ve missed 3 runs completely! I was just about to start week 4. Do I repeat week 3 or just start week 4 ?

This guide to the plan is essential reading healthunlocked.com/couchto5... and explains, amongst many other things, that you lose next to no condition in the first two weeks of non running....... pick up where you left off.

I had nearly two weeks off at a similar stage of the plan and just repeated the last run I had done for peace of mind. In actual fact I would have been fine carrying on to the next stage. Good luck!
