Ok I posted last week that w6r3 was my most enjoyable, now that has been well and truly surpassed w7r3. I enjoyed every single minute of this, upped my pace with 10mins to go and again with 5 mins left and still felt I had plenty in the tank. W8 here I come.

It’s so good isn’t to enjoy these runs and still be able to up the pace at the end! Hoping I can do the same when I start week 8 on Friday!
