Wow I can't believe I'm at week 8 already! Struggled a bit this morning but I think that's a Monday thing, after a lazy weekend and very little movement added to overindulgence, I can even say my mood was different and for absolutely no reason at all, so no more sitting around on a weekend, I won't be running but need to do something, walking, swimming or biking is a must.
Anyway r1 of wk8 complete.... Back to the feel good factor 😊 its hard but its soooo worth it! ⭐🏃♀️

Thank you, feels great to be in week 8, time has just gone so fast, wk 8 feels so far away when your starting out you just don't know how your going to do it and then all of a sudden your there! 😁. Good luck with your 1st run of week 8 looking forward to reading how u have got on xx
Well done on starting week 8. I’ve one more run in week 7 then I’ll be there on Friday! I totally agree that it’s best to do something on a rest day rather than nothing. There seems to be a pattern that if I have a very restful rest day, my next run is harder. If I’m more active then my next run is more manageable. It’s taken me this far to realise it!
