Too fast maybe...? Usually the reason is going too quickly, but sometimes there are other reason. lack of sleep, unwell etc?
I was going at my usual pace but I did wake up a bit croaky this morning..... I really don’t want to be ill again.
I had a breather and got back to it
Finished the run and felt better for it.
I also suspect.....now I think of it.... I was looking at next week and thinking that’s gonna be hard. I wonder if my old negative brain was kicking off
Sounds like you are sickening for something. If you completed the run, then you are ready to move on.
Think anticipation not apprehension.. all the runs and weeks are different. they need to be, to move our running forward.
If you take each one, slowly and steadily, relaxing into them... then you will be absolutely fine
Hydration? The one time I had to abandon a run was a hydration issue. But if it’s not that l, just try slowing down a bit. And as I’m posting this a lot this morning you can have it too!!

This is the Japanese slow jogging technique, and can be really useful as the durations increase. I run this way all the time, and done people have it in their back pocket so if they’re struggling with a run they switch to this to finish.
