First run in the rain this morning and it wasn’t too bad. I wasn’t enthusiastic about going out but now that I have I feel pretty good. Running first thing in the morning really sets you up for the day.

Thanks very much. Every small milestone feels like a result. I guess I won’t feel too bad next time it’s raining. As you say, it’s just wet!

like you I tend to run early morning so I do it and dont make excuses, you feel good for the rest of the day dont you😇😂
