Taken a few weeks to get w6 completed after being on holiday.

Finally competed it today find it easier to run for 25 minutes than I do to run for 10 then walk then run again. Pleased I've done it.

A few of us have been on W6 this week so welcome to the club xx Exactly that, it was nicer to do a solid run without the stopping and starting, look forward to following your journey 👍

It’s an amazing feeling to achieve that after the start of the program. Onwards and upwards.

A break from routine is always tough, well done for persevering! I think this program is so well delivered that it gets you into a frame of mind so by Wk6 to the end you just naturally want to run more than walk. Just short paced runs work well for me, you are not far off finishing C25K so keep going 😎
