Just back from completing the first run of week three. When Laura said to imagine you are running next to a hedge.....I was running next to a hedge! Spooky! I am not sure what I am doing qualifies as “running” yet but compared to staying put at home, it’s pretty close! Feeling fabulous - and determined to keep going 🙂

Good advice from Laura, a bit of a coincidence that you were running past a hedge when she mentioned keeping your head steady and not bouncing up and down. Good luck to you for run 2 of week 3.
