So the weather was cooler, breathing was more stable and aside from a young cyclist coming onto the pavement trying to wipe me out I thoroughly enjoyed tonightโs run. Felt a bit of a niggle in my right thigh from trying to stop quickly to avoid him but nothing too serious. Had to laugh when he shouted โsorry bab!โ..he was about 14! ๐
Canโt believe itโs only 4 more runs to graduation ๐

Well done Coco-Major ๐ I'm glad, notwithstanding the cyclist, you had a good run today. As you say only 4 more runs - looks like you'll be graduating from 25/5 at the earliest (but take as much time as you need obviously)
I look forward to congratulating you on your graduation and see where your running takes you next ๐๐โโ๏ธ๐
As it happens 25/5 is my daughters 18th Birthday..Iโm hoping to graduate that day with a ParkRun at Arrow Valley ๐ thank you for your kind words โบ๏ธ
It's like it's meant to be then ๐ฎ๐๐ that's not a bad place to graduate at all.
I'm probably going to be commenting again on posts you do before 25/5, but on the off chance I don't, I hope you enjoy your remaining runs and wish you the best success in the park run. Happy Birthday to your daughter as well (from a stranger called Mike on the best forum in the world ๐๐คฃ)
Thanks Mike ๐ I did a ParkRun on Saturday at Cannon Hill and loved it..so I knew I wanted to finish on a ParkRun and Arrow Valley is a particular favourite park for me here. Thank you for the birthday wishes. I agree, this forum is great!! ๐๐ป
