Well, as a musical nightmare - can't sing, no sense of rhythm, tone deaf - I struggled with the Stepping Stones podcast as couldn't find the beat (or on the odd occasion I found it I quickly lost it again), so did it once, then left it alone. So I was a bit sceptical about giving Stamina a go. Tried it this morning though (as have swanky new headphones from Father Christmas) and was pleasantly surprised - not only could I hear the beat I could keep up with it!
So to anyone who didn't get on with Stepping Stones and hasn't tried Stamina yet, give it a whirl and see what you think.

Haven't tried Speed yet so would be interested to hear your thoughts. I've just spent the whole afternoon creating a playlist for my own Stamina routine and then fathoming out how to move it to my iPhone. Should have borrowed a 10 year old from somewhere; they would have done it in about 3 seconds ...
I really like the speed podcast and use it quite a lot. I think it is really good fir 'ringing the changes' and for improving pace. I used it on the treadmill the other day (blowing a gale up here in Scotland over Christmas). I really try to push myself during the fast parts.
Right well that's me sorted then, once I am off the IC, I'm going for the stamina podcast. 💪🏻 Though I might have to go back to week 1 run 1, have absolutely no idea how much fitness I will have lost, and still no idea how much longer my knee is going to take to mend. Still, on the upside, my present to myself, Runners World, should be arriving some time next week! I'm getting so excited! Thank you for the great info. 😊😊👏🏻👏🏻🏃🏼♀️🏃🏻🏃🏼♀️🏃🏻
Stamina, here I come! Your post is just the incentive I need to get up and give it a go. Not today as I am busy with domestic stuff and will fit some yoga/bendy-stretchy stuff in, and tomorrow I have a surprise day out with husband. But Thursday, it's a date with Laura and Stamina
