I graduated on the 2th of May. I am now about to do my 6th 30 minute run tomorrow still not quite it the 5K but I know that will come. Thinking of adding 5 mins to after my next run, so running for 35 mins.

That's it, little by little. The main thing is you're still going and hopefully still enjoying it! πππ

Little by little, I'm running 30 mins 2 times a week, with one slightly longer run of 35 mins once a week. That's working well at the moment.

That's great to hear SJB keep it up π There's no harm in upping by maybe 5 minutes every other run, so you could do 30 mins 35 mins one week 30 mins 40 mins the next... as long as you're not in any rush and are stretching afterwards, you'll be reaching 5k in no time at all.
'tis lovely running weather this time of the year huh!

I'm doing something similar, I've finished my consolidation runs but wasn't running 5k, so I run for 5k which is 36 minutes for me, next week I think I'll up it to 40 minutes for one of the runs.
