Worrying about speed too early is a great way to injure yourself, in my opinion. 🤪 Just focus on relaxing into your runs and keeping things even and steady. Speed apparently comes later, even to snails & tortoises. 🐢 Duration is the aim during C25K. Enjoy your runs. 😄👍

Me too! I did W5R1 today too and thought it would be quicker. I can only assume it’s because my jog is slower than my brisk walk and the walking parts are now less than the running parts...?!? Who knows, I’m just happy I did it and was still standing at the end 😂😜😂
