Well - back to it after some months off. Have been back for several weeks now and about to start W8R1. Feeling great but wanted to clock in again as I edge closer to Week 9 and graduation...

i've signed up for Parkrun now and hope to complete my first one in 4 weeks. Have also got designs on doing the San Francisco Parkrun at Chrissy Fields in August so my motivation is high.

Decided to start first run of W8 later this evening when the temperature falls ;)

Parkrun tourism, that sounds fun. Will that one be hilly? Most of the photos I have seen of San Francisco are very undulating 😀.

Yes - I think it is - hoping to graduate C25K on Sunday and then get a few Park Runs under my belt before then. I've just got to remember at this stage - that I'm in it for the experience as much as anything - and it's been a real motivator to get finished this year. didn't manage it last year for various reasons...so here goes!
