Hello all, returned from a week away last night. I’m very rested and want to get back out and running after successfully completing week 9 just before I went away. I seem to have left my running mojo on the plane! Help! Also, how far shall I try to run? Thank all x

You're back! I'm on W9 now, and I've been planning my final run so it finishes near a pub on the canal... You've inspired me. 🍻
I've seen people doing 'consolidation' runs, so running 30 minutes until they get used to it. Parkruns are good. Personally my goal is to run 10ks and enter some races/runs... there's a Bridge to 10k community on here and Ju-Ju's Magic Running Plan which looks supportive/good.
But it's up to you, what do you want from running?... You can do anything you want.

I’ve signed up for a 10k wolfrun in sept so I need to graduate to that distance and I’m on that forum. I think I’ve just lost the high of the C25k but already just scanning through on here I can feel my inspiration creeping back. I’m going to do 2x20 and one 28 run this week and see how that feels. I’m off now.

I’ve done it! Feel great. 30 mins too. Lol. The app was glitching and kept jumping to week three when I tried to do last week five run. So I thought “sod it”, set up a week 9 run and thought I’d run til I was knackered. Did the 30 mins-hard but did it. I’m pleased with myself...it was a girly week in Spain so I’m still a little “jaded” 😂😉.
