Iβm running on a newly tweaked C25K schedule to beat muscle tightness gremlins and the evil demons that lurked for me at the start of W7.
Having spaced out my runs and built strengthening, cross training and more rest days into my schedule, I finally completed W7R2. I took it slow and steady and I felt comfortable right to the end. Lots of lovely stretches to finish.
Fingers crossed I now have a plan to see me through to that graduation run.
If anyone else is struggling, donβt give up. Listen to your body and make sensible adjustments and with a bit of determination and good advice you can keep on track.
