Week 7 now complete, wowzers... had a great run today, just me and the dog who has taken to trotting beside me which is nice til she sees a rabbit!!

Not a soul to be seen. Decided to run for the 25 mins and then turn around forgetting that it will take me longer to walk back oops! So far body is coping with the longer runs and am looking forward to week 8.

The next couple of weeks will be tough on our bodies I think, but my brain and legs are now working g together as well as my lungs.

When people graduate the C2K do you still post on here as I think half my motivation is reading posts and replies.

Yes they do, and the 10k community and the race and marathon support one

Your route looks lovely. your dog will love your runs together

Don’t worry about the walk back. It’s good for stretching out your tired calves etc. I often finish miles from home and walk back.
