After abandoning my first parkrun last year, and multiple health issues since, I am finally up for completing my first parkrun. All dressed and ready (parkrun is 30 min drive away). I have run/walked the course a number of times now so this time I know what I’m up against. Please wish me luck!

That's the secret. I was horrified when I knocked 90 seconds off my pb, knowing that it would be a long time until I beat it.........I still haven't.
