Well done, you have made the first step on the journey to running 30 minutes.
Hi Frank! Well done for starting!
Frank, I am 60. I did first run huffin and puffin and now I can run for 28mins. Just follow the prog, slow and steady. You can do it!

Well done for getting started. I was like puffing billy when I first set off, but I followed the programme with the lovely Laura and I got there. Slow Japanese running is the secret, DiscoRunner has links. You can do this I’m 66 and managed it!

You've come to the right place for encouragement. Well done for completing your first run. Now make sure you have a good rest day before your next run.
You can definitely do this.

I am a snail pace runner but I keep going slow and steady gets there is my motto, it certainly got me through C25K without any problems and still out there today... Will be there for encouragement whenever needed...happy running
