Today I ran for over an hour! Very very very slowly so only did 5.3k but furthest and longest run I have ever done! Even felt meditative at some stages.
I only post this to encourage others. I started C25k a year ago and I could only just manage running for a couple of minutes. I graduated eventually in September.
I am 65 and have a chronic lung condition and am doing this to hopefully extend and improve my quality of life. If you are struggling just keep at it, repeat weeks, slow down, keep sharing experiences on this site. This really works. Happy 🏃♀️
