Well that was hard!! I admit I was nervous about running for 3 minutes and during the warm up and first 90 second run, all I could think about was the prospect of running for 3 minutes - twice !

As usual, legs took a while to feel to feel comfortable - felt like lead at the beginning, but I think that was just the spectre of 3 minutes looming in my brain.

First 3 minute run was ok! Slowed right down and although it seemed an age before Laura told me I could slow down - I made it! Maybe running for longer was possible!!! Second 3 minute run was still hard but didn’t seem as long - never been so glad to hear Laura’s voice again though!

If you had told me just under 2 weeks ago, as I started W1R1 that I would be able to run for 3 minutes non-stop twice in one session, I’d have told you that you were mad.

Love this plan, love how it’s making me feel and the journey of self-discovery we are all on. We got this!

Happy running.
