I had heard the warnings about this run but thought “I’ve done a 20 minute run, it’ll be fine!” Actually it felt anything but fine. Feel like I struggled with my breathing for all 3 runs. I woke up tired for some reason. Had planned to go early but didn’t make it out til gone 9 am which is late for me. I did it - no stopping - but it didn’t feel easy. Just hoping the next one is ok. I checked my running app and see I was faster than previous runs but this wasn’t intentional. I wasn’t aware I was doing anything different. Anyone else found this one harder?

The long runs may be challenging, as they are all so different...start slow..stay slow..they are perfect for relaxing into and letting the newly forming running legs find their happy pace.
Also..maybe, up some of your core strength and stamina exercises too on some of your rest days

Yes wk6 first 2 runs seems to be harder somehow but trust the plan it works 😊😊
