Hi. Just joined healthy locked. Started C25k last week and did Wk2, run 1 today. Seemed a step up. Looked through the next few weeks to see how we progress and had abit of a shock. Can't believe that in 2 weeks time I will be running sets of 3 and 5 minutes and by week 5 8 minutes. Seems unreachable to Mr at the moment. Guess I need to trust in the plan and not look to far ahead. ☺️

Welcome to Healthunlocked, not healthy locked, what's in a name, the C25K training program is the best training course for anyone wanting to run non stop in 30 minutes in 9 weeks, however, you can repeat any runs or week's if you wish to, just take all the runs slowly and and at your own comfortable pace. 😊 🏃 Onwards and upwards to run 2 of week 2
Please do trust the plan. I too didn’t believe I would be able to do it but it really is more mental than physical. I graduated this morning and still feeling pretty chuffed with myself. I was a complete non runner when I started but plan doing a park run on Saturday. Good luck and stick at it, you can do it. 👍🏻😁
