W3R3 delayed - is it a problem

I’ve been running every other day (very slowly). I did W3R1 on Sunday, W3R2 on Tuesday but I’m now overseas with work so the earliest I can do W3R3 is Saturday and I’m worried about the longer gap. Has anyone had this and do you have any top tips?
