First 4 mile run

So this morning I ran my first 4 miles in just over 40 minutes. I was so pleased with that time as I'd been running the 5k in 35 minutes so I've definitely improved there which was my goal. I'll slowly start to increase my distance and pace, although I may go for a 5k to 10k app to help me out.

I'm so chuffed with this as I started the C25K in August last year and didn't;t think I'd keep up with running but I am aiming to run 3 times a week to keep my fitness up and have also inspired others close to me to take this up :-)

That's brilliant- great when a plan comes together! Miles always sound more impressive I think :)
