Morning all! At 44 bones were beginning to make me feel 88! Feeling down in the dumps and useless. Now I have just done day one ! Was not as bad as I thought . So pleased with my self. Gotta keep fit for the kids. They say for women our bones deteriorate much more rapidly than men’s. Due to oestrogen / hormones or something ... is this right? can’t let that happen - make the most of life. 🏃🏼♀️
