Mexican Heat, not the Jalapeno sort

Here on holiday for a couple of weeks. I graduated a week ago so put the shoes in just in case. So with the Jet lag, 5k just after dawn seemed ideal. With the humidity and temperature, well, it nearly killed me. It felt impossible to get enough.breathe, it was the closest I have been to calling it a day before the finish. But I completed. The accommodation has marble floors, I took my shirt off.and dropped it on the floor, it went splat, I have spent most of today trying to rehydrate. I am not sure I will be running again till I get home.

A short 1k run, walk 100 metres or perhaps do week 2 of C25K but no long runs in the heat or humidity while on holiday.
