Just completed Run 3. As with week 1, the final run felt much more comfortable - this plan is so clever!!
Had to run in the gym on the treadmill today because of the weather - I was so bored!!! I always listen to podcasts when running but the scenery is such a welcome distraction when the going gets tough!
Staring at myself in the mirror getting progressively sweatier is not good! Still at least it’s made me realise how lucky I am to be able to run in the countryside.
