It's Graduation Day

After 9 weeks and 26 runs it's here, the big day! 9 weeks ago today seemed like a lifetime away if I ever made it here. But here I am and I have a decision to make, unbelievably i know now that I can run for 30 minutes as ive done it twice already this week but it's a measure of what this programme can do for you that I want more and I want to do a 30 minute 5k. I came close this week so close 20 metres short but ultimately not close enough. So the choice is take it steady and enjoy the 30 minute run or go for it today, I know what I'm going to do but whatever happens I will be so happy this evening that I've completed the C25K.

Fabulous Hatter! Get out there and savour your run. Don’t worry about the distance, you can work on that during consolidation. Run straight to the podium where you can reflect on how amazingly you’ve done!

Go and smash it! 😀😀👏👏

Good luck my virtual running friend!! I can’t believe we will be graduating today, I’m actually really excited. Don’t burn yourself out but give it your all in the last minute and I know you’ll make the 5k that you want. 👍🏻🎓🤩

Take it steady and enjoy the Graduation..if the 5K comes, let it come easily and enjoyably. If not, know that it is still there:)
