Does anybody else struggle with the first 10 mins of their runs? I really do have to push myself but after 10 mins I settle in and I’m ok.

The toxic ten, you are not the only person who struggles with the first ten minutes, the best thing you can do is run those first ten minutes slowly then gradually get a bit faster thereafter, those first 10 minutes roughly amounts to the first kilometer of your run.

Toxic ten... well documented... it can be 10... or more...or less :) Just relax and take it steady and slow:)

I'm exactly the same but longer for me, find the first 15 harder going then settle well and find I'm comfortable around 30 mins in. I've only ever run on the treadmill though and know I need to venture outside (scary) lol...!!! Good luck Rsooze :-)
