I just completed W5 R3 and ran for 20 mins!! Came home with the biggest smile on my face. So so happy!!
The first 5 mins my legs were hurting and it was the hardest, but after that my legs felt like they had warmed up and got into the swing of it. Honestly the rest of the time flew by I couldnβt believe it when I only had 5 mins left.
Iβm so happy and this programme is so amazing. I didnβt realise I even had it in me to do this run and never would have thought it when I started.
Anyone who is worried about week 5 run 3, please please donβt be. Itβs honestly a fab run and you WILL be able to do it! β€οΈ

Well done! I think this run was the one I got most satisfaction from as I never thought I could do that. The great thing is youβve achieved the biggest jump on the programme and the rest will happen. Youβre a runner now!
Thank you Buddy!! I believe it will be memorable, what a great day π hopeful I will have that graduation run too in a few weeks πππ»ββοΈ xx
Very well done to you. What a great run you had. You deserve to have that βbuzzβ as itβs a super achievement. That run is such a memorable point of the programme. Happy running days.
Thank you very much! Itβs such a great programme and youβre so right, running really does give such a great buzz and sets me in a great mood for the day π thank you for your lovely comment! Xx
Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K. Onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs.
I love seeing this, puts a big smile on my face! Well done Bex!... πππ
