Lost almost half a stone in 10 weeks.

My aim was to tone up and get fit. I’m not particularly overweight just weight in the wrong places. I never really thought I’d lose weight as thought fat lighter than muscle but did measure myself before and know I’ve lost about 4 inches: 3 from waist and 1 from hips. I was completely gob smacked when I got on the scales and found I’d lost almost half a stone since starting running about 10 weeks ago 😮 I haven’t been this weight for about 20 years!
