Just finished week 8 can’t believe it. I’m 64 and on my birthday did my first 25 minute run. Look forward to every run although I am feeling it in my knees ( I have a knee reconstruction one side and cartilage removed on the other) hoping in time my legs will get stronger and my knees will feel better

However, with your history it may be wise to consult your GP.

Well done you ! Just done W7R3 at 60 - my left knee and right tendon had me off the road for 5 wks but sooo much better now - think its amazing for us !! X
