Well finally did it ๐ canโt quite believe it , took longer than 9 weeks and canโt do 5k in 30 minutes but Iโm blooming running ๐คฃ couldnโt have done it without all the inspiring posts on here that keep you going when you think you canโt , so thank you all .
Iโm now going to go what I should have done a few weeks ago! Iโm going to repeat week 7 runs for s while till I feel comfortable doing them and to make sure I run three times a week . Yes I can now run for 30 minutes but itโs been a struggle the last few weeks and needed a lot more rest days. I started this with not a great level of fitness so feel I need more time to build my stamina up before pushing on to go faster or longer but will definitely keep running ๐โโ๏ธ So let the celebrations begin ๐

Youโve done it! Well done! Be proud of yourself. Itโs not about running 5K itโs about running for 30mins. If Yourโre doing that Uโre fine! Just stick with that for as long as you need. No need to push on until u feel ready! Congratulationsยฃ
Congratulations to you Blueberrydog on completing C25K with week 9 run 3 and graduating, well done. ๐ ๐ ๐

Brilliant!!! Many congratulations - such a great achievement! And absolutely fine to consolidate with slightly shorter run, and build up again. Keep it nice and slow!
congratulations Blueberrydog on finishing the programme well done and hope you keep posting to let us know how your running continues. I am 58 and new to exercise and running, just on week4 and its a real motivator to read posts from similar ages graduating๐ช๐โโ๏ธ
Very well done. The people that can run 5k in 30 minutes by graduation are in the minority so donโt worry about that, my best average is 8.11 per K but itโs improving, we are all different!
