You might ask what is that number about?
Well It is the number of new runners that signed up to our friendly little forum since the London Marathon last week.
Marathon week and January are always our biggest sign up times.
So hello and welcome if you are new to us, you will find lots of help, encouragement and motivation here. We have a great bunch of runners ( yes!, you all are runners now in my book. 😀) that will support you on your journey.
