Week 5 Run 3 and breathing

Have just back to here after having to pause for the horror of sciatica. Now it's gone, I'm back to it but running in a gym rather than outside now. I'm about to do week 5 run 3 and feel a bit daunted despite having done the other weeks. Any tips? And any tips for breathing - it takes me a while to get that right and I feel like it's slowing me down...

Any tips gratefully received...

Congratulations on getting this far on C25K, as for run 3 of week 5, just take it slowly and don't worry about the time, especially slow and steady, breath naturally, once you have completed it you will be very proud of yourself 😊.
