So w6r3 done, feeling great. It Was ok, last 5minutes I had to reallllly push myself. But I enjoy the longer runs more than the intervals... and I can not believe I am saying that! I honestly was not a runner at all, probably could say hated it, wasnt good at it, but I feel I'm getting somewhere following this programme. Amazing. I have a 5k event on Monday that i signed up for a couple of months ago in order to get me motivated to do c25k, so I think that will be a challenge. I just about broke the 4k mark today, not sure where I should be at on the plan?? Interested to see how far people are reaching during there runs?
Keep running guys, follow the plan, when you think "theres no chance I can do the next run" trust me, you really can!
