After a couple of amazing warm weeks running in the sun, it was a shock but also quite exciting to run in stormy conditions last night (pic). Hard to believe my next run will be the beginning of the end of C25K. Don’t feel I’m even nearly ready to leave “school” and run all in my own after the program. Glad to see some post C25K communities exist too. I’m thrilled to be this far though. Now, it would help greatly to know the songs/artists in Laura’s playlist. Will give me some else to focus on other than my erratic breathing and lazy legs during my final week. Anyone know?

Don’t know about the music, but can suggest redoing the graduation run multiple times while you consolidate. I still needed the timings and encouragement! Good luck with your last few runs!!
There are a lot of C25K graduates both here and on the HU Bridge to 10k forum............. you don't have to go anywhere else.
Sorry I don't know about the music, but you could download the C25k+ podcasts that help with speed and stamina. I've used them over and over. Or I listen to Ted Talks to keep my head occupied while my legs are busy with the running thing 🙂
Hi TigerBiscuit, well done for your progress & what an atmospheric photo.
All the music in the podcasts is written/performed by a “session” band and I don’t think is available anywhere else. It was because of licensing/copyright. Actually I remember one song by the band was on YouTube but can’t remember which one.
Ah, good to know, MD! I thought it was a bit odd that I didn’t recognize even one song in all the weeks. I like a lot of them too 😁
They are all designed to "sound like" something that you already know (or at least a band that you recognise). I think it was week 4 when a guitar rock track came along and I thought "oh this is a remix of The Cult 'She Sells Sanctuary'.
That's a great pic, very dramatic! Well done for getting to Week 9, let us know how the runs go.
