Repeated run from my front door

I have discovered a wonderful bit of motivation this morning .... W4 again but outside and it’s much nicer ..... anyways I digress .... I live a mile and a bit to the river and today I did the run for the 3rd time .... each time getting a little closer to the river before turning back when the half way bell rings!

Today I got to the river before the bell rang! If I keep getting a little bit faster I will be able to run down the river path for a bit which will be lovely 😊🏃‍♀️

Sounds like a lovely part of the country you live in Redellie65, nice run for you today, you were quite right on repeating week 4 again, this time outside, I assume that you did week 4 the first time on a treadmill, onwards and upwards 🏃 👍.

I started on the treadmill but my goodness it’s hard work running towards the wall!! I was way too worried about anyone actually seeing me ..... I gave myself a talking to coz I’m sure no one will take any notice of me anyways! And I have to say it’s lovely to get outside 😎

Outside running is far better than being stuck to your treadmill as you have found out good luck 😊
