I repeated my run after graduating

and this time I listened to Michael Johnson again. What a difference!!!My run on Saturday without Couch25k was horrible, I was lost!!! But today I ran a bit longer than 4k with my best pace so far, around 7.5km/min so I don’t feel so useless. Obviously I need to find something to guide me but I still can do this!!!

That’s great. I found the same but my second consolidation run today was good. I ran for thirty minutes and felt pretty ok for most of it. Still slow but my aim is to easily run for thirty minutes then I’ll start to increase the length of the runs. Anything is better than nothing! Keep going slowly. Sending good wishes.

Now....I'm thinking I need a fella to keep me cruising along😁😁😂. I'm still running with our Laura on CR1 Week 9. Where did you get this Michael Johnson fella from...if he "knows how to do it"...I feel I'm missing out. Do I need a particular app....?? Come on now, share your man.....🏃‍♀️🙋🐢🐌

I use the CouchTo5k app by BBC. There you can choose among different voices/trainers. I love his deep masculine voice, especially when he tells me how well I am doing....💁🏻‍♀️Happy to share, you see? You never know...😎😘

You can definitely still do it, P74. 👏👏👏And then some! Phew, sounds super impressive to me. You’ll find your guide too, I’m sure, whoever or whatever. Guess that’s the next thing for new grads. Main thing is you had a wonderful run today.👌👏👏👏

Hi Parrula74, I missed the encouragement of a coach when I finished C25k, but fortunately I found the Nike Run Club app, which has loads of coached runs of various times and distances, you can play your own playlist like C25k and best of all it’s free 👍😁
