Don’t be nervous, I did mine yesterday and, don’t get me wrong, i really didn’t think I would manage it and it wasn’t easy, but I did it. You will too - slow and steady!! Just remember a few weeks ago you probably thought you couldn’t manage 10 minutes! Good luck!
