So today I’ve decided to do my run in the park it’s a couple of miles away but I just want somewhere different and a bit more peaceful doing my run so a run round Heaton Park 😊

Changing your route is a good thing it keeps your running more interesting good luck 😊

Better running in a park or a off road route than running along a busy road with all the traffic fumes, etc, I hope you enjoy your run in the park, just watch out for little dogs barking and trying to jump up to you in Heaton Park.
